I would like to welcome you to the fourth Annual National Conference on Racial & Social Justice (NCRSJ) scheduled for April 10th, 2025, at the Westin Bonaventure. This year's theme is “Collective Voice for Change”. As the founder of NCRSJ, I am deeply honored to see our community come together once again to engage in meaningful discussions, share valuable insights, and work collaboratively toward creating a more just and equitable society.

Our theme this year emphasizes the power of unity and collaboration. By bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences, we can foster change and advocate for justice more effectively. We have an exciting and thought-provoking agenda planned, featuring a diverse lineup of speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. These sessions are designed to inspire, educate, and empower each of us to take actionable steps toward advancing racial and social justice in our respective communities.
